Our little Sun Trap with the perfect Mediterranean breeze our garden is the perfect place to enjoy English Bubbles, Carefully curated cocktails and Peruse our extensive wine list.
Serving food daily from relaxed lunches, cream teas and Champagne afternoon teas, our garden really is the place to be seen and enjoy great company with friends with breath taking uninterrupted panoramic sea views and views of the white bay cliffs.
Cream teas and savoury teas are served daily from 12pm until 4pm and Afternoon tea and Champagne teas are served 3pm until 4pm. Lunches are often accompanied by live music on weekends (weather permitting).
Drinks are served in the Garden all day everyday with a wide range from our well stocked bar, from island curated cocktails using local ingredients and spirits like Mermaid gin in a classic gin and tonic or our island sea salted vodka for the perfect Bloody Mary, perhaps Barista island roasted coffee or Wight label tea. Whatever your tipple our friendly team will be sure to shake it up for you.
Our Outdoor Pool, tucked away from the cliff path to the side of the hotel, provides perfect privacy. Still enjoy the sounds of crashing waves on the beach whilst swimming or relaxing by the pool.
Our Garden has some wonderful large rattan tables and sofas so you can relax in style where we offer full table service. The garden also boast patio heaters to keep you warm on those chilly summer evenings.
Weekends weather depending we have our own Masseurs who do a cocktail and massage offer of varying minutes and a in house curated cocktail whilst you enjoy the sounds of crashing waves and Seagulls. Surrounded by natural beauty and a well kept Garden whilst our award winning chef is in the kitchen preparing your dinner the perfect way to relax.
Our Horizon Restaurant
Our Restaurant offers Contemporary British Fine Dining and is headed up by our talented Head Chef, Robert Green with uninterrupted panoramic views of the English Channel.
Our seasonally changing ‘a la carte’ menu curated by Chef Robert Green, is served in a relaxed and classy ambiance in our newly refurbished resturant. The resturant also boasts its very own chefs garden whereby the chefs are able to grow there own produce in accordance with the seasons with the likes of Brunswick figs and Brunswick onions.
As a hotel we are really committed to sustainability and use as much local produce as possible and believe you really can taste the difference. We are also part of the sustainably run resturant which allows are guests the opportunity to plant a tree at the end of their meal in a 3rd world country under their name which completely of sets the emissions used to make and prep of each guests entire meal, Dining with is is now much more than just an experience it also saves the planet.
Robert has previously worked at Gordon Ramsey Petrus in London, as well as the Three Buoys in Appley on the Island where the team won the restaurant an AA Rosette for Excellence. Robert is clearly a Chef with passion and flair for local island produce, seafood being a specialty.
